Tramore
Racing at the current venue since 1912, Waterford & Tramore Racecourse undertook a major development plan in 1997 to modernise all its facilities when a new race company was formed. The improvements, which have been carried out both on the track and the enclosures, have received very favourable comments from all sectors of the industry. 2005 saw the introduction of the Tramore Racecourse Supporters Club which provides supporters of our racecourse with a means of showing their support whilst enjoying great value. The club has now grown with over 350 members enjoying great craic at the track. The Four day racing festival in August ranks among one of the most popular Irish race meetings of the summer. |
