Location Access to the racecourse is via the M50 - coming from the north, west and southwest of the city, the NII southbound from the city centre and the N11 northbound from Co. Wicklow. For major events AA road signage is provided. We advise those planning to visit the racecourse to leave ample time for the journey as traffic can be congested approaching the track. There are free parking facilities at the racecourse for approximately 6000 cars and a designated area for coach parking.

Public Transport On racedays from the city centre, Busarus (the Central Bus Station) leaves 1.5 hours before racing - for more information contact 00 353 1 703 44 20 Website : www.dublinbus.ie On the return to the city, buses leave the racecourse 15 minutes after the last race. Additional buses 46, 46a, 63, 84 and 86 from town.

Places of Interest Leopardstown racecourse is only 15 minutes from Dublin which provides a myriad of attractions for visitors - galleries, museums, theatres, cinemas, churches, cathedrals and shops, as well as Dublin Zoo in Phoenix Park, the largest enclosed public park in Europe. The course itself offers a wide range of activities on non-racedays. These include an 18-hole golf course, driving range, squash and indoor tennis.
